Eat-Well + Recipes On the Breakfast Menu

After last night’s dinner, I had an extra heirloom tomato and thought to use it for today’s breakfast. On this breakfast menu was avocado toast with a slice of heirloom tomato, a few grapes and some lemon ginger tea. It was perfect!!! And OH, so Good!!! When I mixed the avocado, I added a dash of kosher salt and pepper, that’s it!!! Use your favorite choice of bread.
