“A picture is worth a thousand words,” holds true, in the village of Oia, Santorini, Greece.
Perched high upon a hill with breath-taking views overlooking the Aegean Sea, this small village has magnificent, picture perfect views at every turn. Take a stroll through the village, along its narrow cobblestone pathways and you’ll see charming white and blue homes, some even carved into the rock face on top of the cliff, blue-domed churches, fabulous hotels and resorts for that perfect honeymoon setting, or that romantic vacation with someone special or perhaps just a dream get-away. The hilltop village of Oia is serene and beautiful with lovely hotels, spa resorts, restaurants with plenty boutiques for shopping. Oia, is definitely on my list of “favorite places in the world”!!!
