Ancient Olympia is the site where the first Olympic games were held in 776 B.C. The ancient Olympians practiced and played their games on these ancient fields of play. And after 2000 years, the ruins that remain are of the Temple of Hera, the Olympic Stadium, rows of Doric Columns and the Temple of Zesus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
