He’s Got You!
Have you ever been hit with a barrage of fear, uncertainty, and worry? I certainly have. But we know that none of those things come from God. “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” (II Timothy 1:7) Our faithful and loving God, reminded me, in His word:
“For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’ (Isaiah 41:13)
“Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” (I Peter 5:7)
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6-7)
This is the word of the Lord.
If you are ever hit with a barrage of negative thoughts, remember God’s words. Give your worries to GOD, hold tightly to HIS HAND, and leave your worries behind. HE’S GOT YOU!!!
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for seeing the clear and big picture that concerns us. Help us to hold onto Your unchanging hand knowing that you are our help in all things. In Jesus’ name, amen.
