I love trying new dishes, only if I think it will be good. It’s normally based on ingredients that I like. In this case, it was the mushroom ravioli. So, when I saw this Porcini Mushroom Truffle Ravioli, I could imagine creating a delicious dish around the ravioli. The instructions suggested tossing the ravioli in butter and olive oil or your favorite sauce. I opted to create my own sauce starting with the butter and olive oil. So, I added to the butter and olive oil; my favorite seasonings (see photo), tomatoes and capers, and tossed the ravioli in my sauce. It was very tasty, if I say so myself, LOVED IT!!!.

This is a good one for an easy Saturday meal with a simple salad on the side.
