On my lifestyle blog of late, I have mostly shared spiritual pieces and my travel experiences. Here I will share some lifestyle changes in my diet.

As we age, naturally our bodies change from the inside out. And sometimes dietary changes are required to improve health conditions. Well, I am at that place and my doctor recommended I go on a low-fat, plant-based diet. I am not “vegetarian” or “vegan.” So, I can still eat fish and chicken. I have been following my doctor’s instructions, now for about 2 months, and I am feeling lots better. Thank the Lord!!!

As I am on this journey to improve my health, I invite you along with me as I venture to turn around the health conditions that I face. I am feeling very positive and excited about this dietary lifestyle change, as I am Aginggracefullee.
